the following files should be distributed with this toolbox:

        VECFONT.BAS ................... source code of the vectorfont display
                                        toolbox, including demonstration
        VECFONT.EXE ................... compiled version
        README.TXT .................... this file

        ASCII.VEC ..................... default vector font
        SMALL.VEC ..................... vector font for low res graphix modes
        OUTLINE.VEC ................... outline vector font


To use that subs/functions in your own progs you need the used vector fonts
(*.VEC), the used subs/functions and some init code (also included in
VECFONT.BAS):

    (1)           RANDOMIZE 10
    (2)           DIM SHARED DCHR$(256)
    (3)           CONST FALSE = 0, TRUE = NOT FALSE
    (4)           CONST max.color = 15


the lines (1) and (4) are needed for the ecxtended Output with xOutText.
If you don't need the SUBxOutText you dont need the lines 1 and 4.

The used source code ist rather short and clear, so a further documentation
is not necessary... ;-)

The vector fonts are simple text files, which can be edited with any ASCII-
editor (but only if you know what you are doing...)
If someone has useful extensions of source/fonts or a new font or anything
like this, i would realy happy to hear about... 8-)

All source can be used in your own programs, as long as they don't get used
professional. If you want to use my source professional, you have to ask me
first.

If someone wants to publish my source it's ok, but i want a issue of it.
